Best place to get your car fixed! My car broke down and was literally not even be able to be driven. Castro got his whole team to help me asap! From his towing company team, to his mechanics keeping me updated on my car’s troubles. My car was at the shop for only 4 days and it is now up and running with no issues! I cannot recommend Castro Automotive enough! Thank you Castro for fixing my car.

I highly recommend Castro Automotive to anyone who appreciates white-glove service! I urgently needed a full set of new tires and an oil change after hours, and Castro went above and beyond to help me. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was handled properly so I could get back on the road safely. The level of service was truly first-class. I sincerely appreciate the time, care, and attention he put into helping me. I will definitely be returning for all of my future automotive needs! 😊

Was called to say car was ready. When I got there unprofessional lady stopped me at the door to ask why I was there. Car was off site somewhere and had to wait for it. 20 minutes later when it finally came it was filthy with mud on the interior door and carpet. Low tire pressure sensor was on, asked about it was told they would put air in the tire. After another 20 minutes I was told this was "completed" tire sensor light was still on. I was told the sensor was broken. The whole exchange was extremely rude. The two women there argued with me very unprofessionaly refused to call the owner or anyone who had knowledge of the repair and spoke English. At one point they threatened to call police. Would not ever use Castro again.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just in case you decide to not stay and read the rest of the review, I started it off with the point! Castro was extremely professional from the beginning to finish. I started working with them on February 2026 and while State Farm consistently lied and gave me the runaround I can honestly say that Castro automotive was 100% upfront and honest the whole step of the way! Despite my attitude and the way I handled several situations they remained professional and took care of my car going over and beyond!! Thank you Guys so much and you definitely has gained a forever customer!!! GOOOOO BOOK THEM YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Attached are pics of my car before, right after the accident and after getting it back from Castro. My paint has orange peel texture. Frame inside both doors are dented. Trim missing on one part and trim Not pinned properly on what is above the back passenger tire as well as the front passenger door. Trim has been on “back order” then was told wrong piece received after being told to bring my car back 7/28 at 530 and I sat an hour without my car being touched or moved by anyone, that it was the wrong part! The paint on my car doors also do not match the original paint color at all. They did offer to repair and give me a rental to be fair. But if they couldn’t do it right the first time, why the hell should I let you try again. The owner was also too handsy took off his “business hat” and switched to his “personal hat” to flirt with me. Tried to hug and kiss me when I picked up my horrendous 2024 outlander. Just a major slap in the face twice by his actions and lack of skills. 0/10 recommend. Stay away if you have a brand new car.
